Allu Arjun , Anushka's 'Vedam' to be launched on June 12

Director Krish’s second film, Vedam, starring Allu Arjun, Anushka, and Manchu Manoj in the lead roles rolls on from next week. The film will be launch formally on June 12th at Cinemax Multiplex. Vedam is going to set new trend in Tollywood as the movie stars top stars like Allu Arjun and Anushka and other actors together in prime roles. Regular shoot also commences from this month and it would also hit the screens by this year end.

ANUSHKA GOES UP

The snowball effect of the hit of Arundhati has already started for Anushka. The actress has already been signed as the leading lady for a film with Tamil superstar Suriya and there is more to come. The heroine has already signed a film opposite Allu Arjun and there is news that she would the next film another Tamil superstar Vikram.



That is three conquests already and all in a row. If film industry pundits are to be believed, then there is more on the way for Anushka, with some Bollywood stars too showing interest to cast her in their films.

Billa 50 days function in Vijayawada on 24 May.

Prabhas’s Billa which was released on 2 April is all set to complete 50 days now. This high budgeted stylish flick was directed by Meher Ramesh. Producer Krishnam Raju is planning to celebrate the 50 days run of Billa by holding a public function in Vijayawada on 24 May.

This function will be attended by Prabhas, Anushka, Namitha and crewmembers of the movie...

Is Anushka pairing up with Ajith ?

Ajith will start shooting for ‘ASAL’ from next week directed by Saran. Earlier, the filmmaker had signed up Sameera Reddy with Ajith and of course the director was in search of another heroine.

Now, it has been revealed that he had held talks with Anushka. Another interesting fact about the film that we could hear from the closest source is that Ajith would be enacting dual role again.
Well, nothing has been officially revealed straightaway from the crewmembers and we’ll wait to for that.

ARUNDATHI grossed more than 70cr in tamil n telugu

A year ago Arundathi was a name heard along with Anasuya but now it is heard with the name Anushka. Arundathi which was made on a budget of 13 crores has grossed more than 70 crores in Telugu and Tamil. Arundathi was released in Telugu when there were no novel movies except for action/faction and some love stories.

The money spent by Kodi Rama Krishna (13 crores) is all worth and can be seen in the movie. Hope this is the begining of a new era of movies that will follow. The Janapadhams that were missing in telugu cinema due to the budgets can be made with the excellent graphics quality.
